Over the past seven years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients move into their new homes and organize their space while my team unpacks. From Day 1, my clients settle into their best, most orderly lives.

Sounds great, right?

It’s actually been a nightmare.

New construction often falls short of the dream clients anticipated after pouring thousands of dollars into the process. Clients move into homes with impractical layouts: spices located far from the stove, custom shoe racks that don’t accommodate the client’s size 13 shoe, or kitchen spaces that just don’t function smoothly. These issues are only realized once the home is unpacked and it’s far too late to make changes.

The Problem: We’re Often Called in After the Renovation Is Complete

We’re organizers, which means we typically get called in after the renovation is done—too late to move plumbing, shift appliances, or fix awkward layouts.

Luxury homebuyers wait years to move into their dream home, only to discover impractical design choices that disrupt their daily life:

The MacKenzie-Childs dishes don’t fit in the kitchen cabinets.
Snack pantry shelves are too high for children to reach.
The breakfast nook doesn’t accommodate a family of five.
Closet racks are too tall for housekeepers to access.
The dishwasher is hidden in the butler’s pantry, far from the sink and dishes.

We’ve even had to install our own spice racks in wide shallow drawers because the custom spice rack was 15 feet from the stove!
